“The GodFinger universe is about to get a whole lot bigger!
Since our last transmission, the GodFinger team–thanks to your feedback–has been busy making radical changes to Godfinger.
Our massive new 1.2 update (just submitted to Apple for the iPhone) introduces new ways to customize your planet, new goals, Super Followers and an infinitely larger Galaxy Map.
Much More Customization
The Awe Store has been super sized. Unlock all new Pirate and Medieval themed buildings (with matching Super Followers) and paint your planet with a slew of new decorations including weathervanes, scarecrows, exotic plants and neon-splashed rocks.
Super Followers, dressed up as pirates or tavern wenches, appear on your planet when you construct special new buildings, like the Ship Wreck or Iron Forge. Dictate when new Followers arrive on your planet — and transform your world into a pirate haven or create a band of roving knights.
Now it’s easier to redesign your world. Thanks to Community demand, we’re also introducing the new Movement Wonder that allows you to uproot existing buildings and move them to a new home on your planet.
A New Way to Make Friends
The GodFinger Galaxy just got friendlier. Now when you visit a friend’s planet, you can zoom out to view the solar system of THEIR friends. You’ll even be able to drop into one of THEIR friend’s planets for a quick Enchantment, helping you power up your GodFinger even faster.
Coming Soon to your iDevice
We’ve also overhauled bits of GodFinger. One of the biggest changes is you’ll no longer have to worry about your farms running out of power. In 1.2, buildings are guarenteed to generate one gold stack per charge (as long as your Followers are rested). We’ve also added a bunch of new goals and clamoring for your godly attention.
All this GodFinger 1.2 awesomeness will be hitting the Canadian App Store soon. In a few days, we’ll be submitting the iPad update. Then, it’s only a matter of time before GodFinger is unleashed upon the rest of the globe.
Please keep your feedback rolling in, and never be afraid to give everyone the finger!
