The DLC adds, among other features, a day and night cycle, commercial specialization, and more city and transportation services. After Dark costs $14.99 and is available on Steam. A free patch that also will be releasing with After Dark adds a day and night cycle, increased property values along shore lines, 70 new buildings, and a new crime system. The paid DLC will add new landmark buildings, a prison, international airport, large cargo hub, large bus station, taxis, bike paths, roads with bike and bus lanes, and new props.
